This cake is in celebration of a young man becoming an Eagle Scout. On the bottom tier he is depicted as he began his scouting journey as a Cub Scout and his grown up, Eagle Scout self adorns the top. The figures are made of modeling chocolate and Saracino Modeling Paste. The bottom tier is dark chocolate (14"), finished to resemble a tree stump with modeling chocolate bark and the second (10") and third (6") tiers are French vanilla. All layers are filled and frosted with vanilla-almond buttercream.
