Cowboy Hat

Whipped frosting is always pretty hard to decorate, specially using fondant decorations, now since 90% if my customers prefer my whipped frosting I have come to learn that sugar sheet it’s my best patter in the matter :) I loved making this cake, the first cowboy and the first hat :) I also enhanced the picture with the red too and hat so you can hopefully see the texture I put in the red whipped cream frosting, it’s my first time going this technique and I thought out was kind of coolaline you can’t do stenciling ok on whipped frosting :)
