This is the cake that I made for the 5th birthday of my nephiew. It is a Batman Lego Movie Cake. They are 12 hand sclupted and painted figurines on it , made out of Saracino Modelling Paste. The Cake is chocolate cake with caramelt and ganache, it weights 15kg. I transported the cake by car 400km and had a big insident in the end. The separate box with the figurines felt out of the car on the street and many many parts of the figurines were separeted. I was lucky enought for them not to break, so I was able to put them back toghether lke a real lego figurine. I had no extra modelling paste with me, for liek first time ever and no tools, nothing. But I use some yellow and black lego stones from the cake as glue or joints between the legs, arms, heads etc. It was extremly anventurois and so stressful, but it had a happy ending. The cake was as I wonted it to be, my nephew as over the moon happy, we had a wonderful celebration and a very tasty cake.
