I piped this using the roses technique by i am baker, but I haven’t mastered it. The top roses are OK, but I need to practice the ones on the sides!
I also ran out of mocha buttercream and rather than make more and try and match the colour, I decided to fill the gap with broken up Hershey bars. Genius. :-)
