Well, it had to be done at some point and this seemed like a good opportunity. We had a lovely bbq party for my sister-in-laws birthday and this was my ‘pig roast’ as a contribution. Carrot cake and cream cheese buttercream. Rice crispie fruit and tomatoes, gumpaste lettuce … mmmh, eat your greens! Superfun to make but also a bit creepy!
