The 4th Birthday Cake I’ve made for Jakeb – and as he’s totally into Jurassic World at the moment there was no other contender! As always Jakeb likes the top tier to be a keep-sake so the crate was made out of polystyrene and covered in sugarpaste. The dino himself is made from Saracino Modelling paste and airbrushed.

The edible tier was Jakeb’s favorite, vanilla bean covered in a layers of buttercream, my mum’s homemade redcurrant jam and white chocolate ganache. His rock name is made from Saracino Modelling Chocolate!
