Purple, Teal & Pink Cake
Chocolate fudge sponge with white chocolate ganache
Made for my sister’s birthday. This cake was 5 inches tall, and the first time I’d used ganache. I based the design on a photograph of wallpaper she’d sent me :-)
The gerbera daisies were made using The Little Salmon’s Bakery Tutorial Pages gerbera tutorial
