I am a big fan of Twilight and was really excited when I was asked to make a themed Giant Cupcake for a client. I incorporated all the iconic symbols from the book covers and they are all edible with the exception of the red ribbon. The checkered board was a first for me and took a few attempts and 2 hours to get right! We kept the flavours classic with vanilla sponge and frosting (which is my secret recipe cream cheese) and added a delicious milk chocolate base.
