Hello Kitty theme cake. Bottom tier was vanilla with hidden pink colored polka dots inside. Top tier was chocolate with cream cheese filling. It was covered with buttercream then rolled fondant. I finished it off with a Hello Kitty figure I made from a gumpaste/fondant mixture, and fondant accents.
