A ruby-mining hare has excavated the bottom tier of this cake and discovered a deposit of fine rubies in the marble beneath the host rock…for 1 year old birthday girl “Ruby”. 😊

Harriet the Hare stands 10" in height, the bottom tier is double height, the miner’s lamp lights up (led hidden inside), cake flavour is lemon and elderflower. Had so much fun making this. Hope you enjoy seeing it!
