This is my Angry birds cake that I made for Fraser. Cake is a chocolate mud topsy turvy cake layered with Dark Chocolate ganache. The smaller angry birds and sling shot are made from gumpaste. The Big red angry bird is made from a styro foam ball and cover in fondant and with gumpaste beak so that Fraser could keep it as a momento of his birthday. Fraser loved his cake so much he didn’t want to cut it, so happy we decided to make the top from foam.
