Little owl on a treetrunk

Made this cake from biscuit with filling of apricots and italian merengue. Covered in fondant. I made it as a gift for a new born babe called Felix, that’s why the tree had a carved heart on it with an F in it.

So much yet to learn, but what fun to do so!
