This is my first 3 tiers sugarcraft cake that learnt from a one day workshop by Kelvin Chua, a fabulous sugar craft artist & instructor.
The 3 different tiers are 6” 4” & 3” in diameter. The recipe is all Royal Icing with different colour mixing.
Painting with Gold & Pearl dust.
