This is a 14inch round, 4 layers, Red Velvet cake with crusted creamcheese icing that I made for my daughter’s birthday. The cake and layers are covered with white creamcheese icing, I used an edible icing sheet for the face, mixed brown, red and yellow gel colors to achieve the hair color which covers the sides and top of the cake,
