Dentist, Figure Skater, and Turning 30

She’s a dentist. She’s a figure skater. She LOVES lavender. And she’s turning 30. This may have been a very literal interpretation of the elements, but it was precisely what they were looking for! Notice the cake seems mildly lumpy, not a perfect round or ideal skating surface for the figurine? Yup, that’s because it’s sculpted like a molar! All decor is gumpaste. Chocolate cake with peanut butter Swiss style meringue butter cream.
