Hi all my little girl got married yesterday and this is the wedding cake I created.
Jessica wanted a spring garden full the flowers of spring as her now husband proposed to her in a bluebell woods.
This cake has over 300hundred flowers, roses,cherry blossoms,both winter and spring jasmine,3types of dwarf Irises,tulips,pansy, ivy primroses,sweetpeas,roses,crocus,bluebells,snowdrops,hyacinth,Lilly of the valley and daffodils.
Tiers are Tiramisu cake, which are layers of vanilla cake and coffee cake soaked in brandy and coffee,filled with whipped dark chocolate ganache laced with coffee liqueur and wrapped in dark chocolate ganache.
Ginger and lemon. Layers of lemon drizzle sponge with homemade lemon syrups and curd with lemon butter cream and layers of stem ginger cake with ginger curd,gingerbread butter cream and wrapped in white chocolate ganache.
The peach melba: layers of peach and raspberry sponge with raspberry pieces,peach jam,raspberry curd,peach buttercream and wrapped in white chocolate ganache.
