This cake was created for my son’s 5th birthday. He said he wanted to a Wall-E cake, and I love challenge. So Wall-E cake it was. The cake is dark chocolate layered with a peanut butter Swiss style meringue buttercream.
The boot is all sugar as are his wheels and the little critter friend perch on his right shoulder. Wall-E looked so real one of out young guests began crying when we sliced into the cake!
