Brooke is based on an original design by the amazing Faye Cahill… but we’ve changed up the ribbon, flowers and incorporated stenciling.
The top tier and third tier are painted with a pearl lustre, the third tier has also been stencilled. These 2 tiers are Almond with Vanilla Truffle Ganache.
The second and base tiers are Dark Choc Mud Cake with Dark Choc ganache. The bottom tier is decorated with edible silver leaf.
I made a peony in white and another in pink and couldn’t decide which looked better so I used them both!
