We created this three tier cake for a couple celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. The cake itself is blueberry and white chocolate, coconut and raspberry and Victoria sponge flavour. It is decorated in a champagne shimmer finish and topped with a crown of modern sugar flowers in delicate peach and light green sugar foliage.
