Have you seen the latest Cuties Collaboration yet? All the pieces are beautiful and will remind you that (hopefully) warmer weather is just around the corner…someone remind the Beast From The East! Anyway, here is mine! I wanted to have a go at making a ranunculus and anemone, I know they’re not botanically correct but I’m pleased with them anyway! I couldn’t resist adding a sweet little sugar fairy on top, some toadstools and added some spare wafer butterflies I had! The cake was ‘Carrot and Walnut’ with white chocolate ganache and this was one of the gifts I presented my gorgeous mum with on Mothers Day a couple of weeks ago!
