This ethereal piece, light and delicate, is my contribution to the Spring 2018 collaboration with my group of cake friends from around the world.

As a cake artist, I have always wanted to push my creative boundaries and create something out of my comfort zone. My usual pieces are known for their clean lines and whimsical designs, so for this collaboration piece, I went with a more natural, organic feel. White on white focusing on textures, and non-traditional blooms in minimal color palette, to represent the transition from the dreary winter to early spring. I love that it allows me to showcase a different side of my creative cake brain.
