Made for a relatives birthday her partner came to me with an image he had seen for the new craze of a fat unicorn cake (credit crazy-sweets.de, original designer) so this is my version on a drip cake 3 layers of vanilla sponge sandwiches together with vanilla bean frosting and raspberry and prosecco jam Covered again with vanilla frosting with an airbrush pattern gold chocolate ganache drip topped with macaroons, meringue kisses and gold chocolate balls. No wonder the little unicorn got fat 🦄😂
