21st Birthday Cake… so many 1sts making this cake; using Ganache plates, trying the upside down sharp edges method and making orchids… only another decorator will know what I mean when I say I almost cried when I finally made my first sharp edge fondant cake; by no means perfect, but I am so happy with myself right this minute ;-)
