I also like this fashion and I made this cake for my mum-in-law who has a real big sweet-tooth and due to her age and meds she can only have treats now and again, so, this is a carrot cake with beaten white chocolate ganache filling, gumpaste succulent plants and flowers with pieces of real strawberries with choc chips.
