Emerald green and gold wedding cake

I’m really proud to be featured in the Sugar Magazine India Vol 2 Issue 4, Wedding Cakes around the World.

Representing Malaysia, I chose to do my wedding cake based on the Malay traditional wedding dress by incorporating the “songket” (hand-woven silk or cotton fabric and intricately patterned with gold or silver threads), “kerongsang” (brooch) and the “sanggul lintang” – the bejeweled hair adornment (gold leaves and dangling accessories).
