I was so excited to be a part of this awesome collaboration again this year! One of my favorite parts of Mardi Gras is the good food and fun…so I combined them in my piece. My crawfish is modeled using modeling chocolate. The Mardi Gras beads were made from isomalt using a mold I made myself. The old stock pot, potato, corn and lemon are all Satin Ice Fondant.
