This wedding cake was made for a friends wedding, it consisted of 3 tiers of chocolate mud cake. each tier was coated with chocolate ganache, drizzled with puring ganache to stick the chocolate wrap to. Each white chocolate panel was 7" deep ( cakes were 6,8 and 10" and all 6" deep!) and i could hardly life the finished cake! The hot pink Gerberas matched the brides flowers and were made from flower paste.
