If you know me personally you will know I am super passionate about vegan baking due to my own personal vegan journey so when I was asked to create a 3 tier vegan wedding cake last month I was so excited!
The bride and groom had all 3 tiers vegan which were vanilla sponge with vanilla bean frosting and raspberry jam, chocolate chip sponge with a vegan chocolate ganache filling and a zesty lemon sponge with my own vegan lemon curd I made and lemon frosting.
The wedding cake looked beautiful in the rustic Sopley Mill in Dorset and was decorated with a simple satin red ribbon trim to match the couples flowers and a mixture of fresh fruit. I am looking forward to making more vegan wedding cake orders coming up this year :)
