This is the hardest cake I have made so far, I was given the picture of a cake by a lady called Angelique I believe in Australia and asked to create something similar. The lady proivided me with the doll but all of the dress and flowers and details etc are made from sugar. It was airbrushed with a shimmer spray (which unfortunately you can’t really see in the pics) to give the dress a satin look.
