Made for a friend’s 50th anniversary, the cake had five tiers – carrot with cream cheese buttercream filling, strawberry with cream cheese buttercream filling, chocolate with chocolate buttercream filling and coconut with coconut-almond buttercream filling all frosted with white chocolate ganache, trimmed with fondant. The top tier is a dummy. All flowers, berries and foliage are gum paste, as is the 50 topper. The butterflies are printed on wafer paper. The cake was 45 inches tall.
