Another last minute request cake from my next door neighbour whose son is an amazing nature photographer. If I’d had more notice, I’d have loved to have done him a camera cake, but as I did t have time, I chose four of his photographs and painted them as sketches onto the cake.

Double barrel Madeira sponge, filled with whipped white Chocolate buttercream, covered in Saracino cover paste. That All took one day. Next day was 12 hours straight of painting. Saracino cocoa butter and colours.
It went down a treat at the celebration evening held for him.
