I was so honoured to create an 80th birthday cake for the amazing boxer Gary Cowburn.
He is a famous boxer from Gladstone, Qld, Australia.

Gary’s sister Hazel wanted to surprise her brother on this special occasion. Hazel was such a pleasure to work with, to come up with a design he would recognise and bring a smile to his face.

Hazel let me know his face was lit up with the biggest smile ever!
