Well…..I’m a tad late for Christmas 2017…….but well prepared for this year … 2018! 😉 D’you know there’s only 353 days left before we celebrate again …fab!!
So the cake info. It’s a 4" round heavy Christmas fruit cake…I put prunes or apricots along with all the standard dried fruits as well as chocolate spread in mine. I’ve used a mix of saracino and supermarket sugarpaste with a small amount of cmc to harden it up. All hand sculpted and hand painted except for the little stars.
