The family cake for Christmas this year was a unicorn. Why not?! I didn’t use typical christmassy colours, instead I decided some bright neon colours with a base of pastel tones was needed. Double barrell chocolate cake with sugar flowers, silver leaf accents, rice paper, persian fairy floss to give a hair like texture and an uneven unicorn horn to add to the quirkiness.
