The last of my new classes for 2018. The “Golden Hummingbird Wedding Cake” is a multitechnic wedding cake class with 100% edible decoration. Skills:
- Tempering white and dark chocolate.
- Piping chocolate flat and relief decorations.
- Creating delicate chocolate Roses.
- Creating flowers in relief with ganache.
- Stacking and ganaching double barrel cake with sharp edges.
- Aplying golden leaf.
We’ll work with the delicious Callebaut and Magic Colours.
