A lovely young lady rang me from Dubai,she was living aboard and it was the first birthday her mum and her had spent apart. She asked me if I could make her mum a cake and deliver it to her work with a card to and surprise her. Apparently every year she took her mum out for afternoon tea and they would have lemon cake, scones and sandwiches.
So she asked it I could make a little cake..this is just 6inches and make it look like a table cloth and high tea setting , so here it is and the cakes lemon too .
