Sushi cake

I made this cake for a little girl of 7 who loves sushi. I have never eaten sushi so there was a lot of research that went into this cake.

She’s got a very sophisticated pallet for a girl of that age.
I love sushi, think it’s probably my favourite thing to eat in the summer.
