I made this cake for my son’s birthday, he is a big supporter of Real Madrid since he was 12 years old. The real cake is the ball,a “quattro quarti” cake filled with meringue buttercream and strawberry jam. The base is made out of rice crispy treats.I was inspired by a picture of this old ball.
