So, here’s my version of a unicorn cake! Made for my lovely daughter a few weeks ago. The unicorn is made out of modelling chocolate and Saracino, constructed on a wire armature. The hot chocolate is actually layers of lemon drizzle cake filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. I used Sprinkletti for decorations. Hope you like it x
