Pokemon Birthday Cake

Pokémon birthday cake for grandson’s 6th birthday. Cake is 2 layer 7″ × 3″ WASC w/buttercream, & MMF. Top layer was red, bottom layer was white & filled w/black buttercream to give pokeball effect on inside. Unfortunately was not able to get a pic of that. All figures are gumpaste & board is decorated w/gumpaste & ribbon. As always, I thank you for looking!!

Denise, this little guy is gorgeous! All your details are, as always, incredible! Your little characters are so perfect, I thought they were toys. I am most impressed with the outstanding job cutting out the Pokemon logo! Awesome!

Thank you so much Sandra!! Other than Pikachu I am not familiar w/any of the Pokemon characters. I picked ones that I thought would be easiest to make. They all were except for that little purple round guy w/the leaves. I would have thought that it would have been the easiest one. Just roll some gumpaste into a ball & stick some feet & leaves on him right? But I had a hard time getting the leaves to sit right on top of it. The logo was made w/a cutter I ordered from Etsy. That’s why it came out so well.
