Since few months I was watching these beautiful Unicorn cakes which were all in white and colours . I too was eagerly waiting to make one . I got this different request from my client to make a black unicorn . She wanted a very minimal fondant cake. So I agreed to make it with whipped cream and ganache . The cake is a chocolate cake filled with vanilla whipped cream and frosted with dark chocolate ganache which is coloured black. Love the way it stands out.
