Four layers of coloured Victoria sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and seeds raspberry jam. A surprise centre of chocolate M&Ms . Covered with white chocolate ganache (my first attempt at using ganache) & fondant.

Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.

Thank you. I really wanted to make this for my granddaughter. She absolutely lived it, especially as it had a surprise inside. X
