My cake is a layered zesty orange-yogurt cake, doused with a homemade sweet orange syrup and then paired with a luscious orange-cream cheese filling. The entire cake was then frosted with a light vanilla buttercream; all the patterns are hand-piped buttercream, and decorated using some sprinkles. The final touches are handmade fantasy wafer paper flowers with touches of edible gold painted on their petal’s edges.
