This is my very first wedding cake structure which I put together for my assessment, upon completing a cake decorating course. My dream cake!!! The peacock and it’s feathers are completely fondant based. All four tiers are covered in fondant too. The peacock was handmade and the feathers were designed by me as well (no cutters used). This is a cake which I am so very proud of and it’s my pleasure to share it with you all.

@jody130 – Thank you…make sure to model the peacock atleast 3 to 4 days in advance. As for the feathers you could either make them well in advance or make them one at a time while assembling the peacock to get a better shape. Hope this helps :-)
