So much work making over 200 cupcakes, but well worth it and I had a lot of fun with these! Bride wanted a simple design that incorporated ivory, chocolate brown and sage green. I gave my Dad the plans for a cupcake stand and he made it for me. Just covered in a plain fabric so that I can change the look of it. Bride wanted flowers on top of the cake so the florist supplied those. Sorry about the bad photo quality, only had my cell with me and lighting was bad. Waiting on photos from the photographer. Three flavors of delicious cupcakes:
1. Pistachio spice cake with a creamy caramel filling iced with vanilla buttercream icing.
2. Chocolate oreo cake with a cream cheese chocolate chip filling iced with whipped mint icing.
3. Lemon orange cake with a strawberry compote filling iced with dark chocolate buttercream.
4. Topper cake is a chocolate guinness stout cake filled with a creamy peanut butter filling with crushed up peanut butter cups. Iced in peanut butter icing and then vanilla buttercream ruffles.
