This cake is my second 3D car cake. Its carved from a 7 by 11 inch rectangle cake and a 6 inch square cake all chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache. This car was made to look like the birthday boys car. I learnt a little more while making this cake.. Next time I will make the wheel archers a little bigger than I think they need to be because once you ganache and then cover with fondant.. Well lets say you need little tyres lol… Lots and lots of details to make this cake look just right.. Took me hours and hours…
