This was my entry for the International Cake Show Australia that was held in Brisbane earlier this year, royal Icing category. Loads of scrolls and waffle lattice panels. I was inspired by the ornate cakes of Ernest Schulbe and george cox of the 1930’s era. Over 100 hours of love and piping in this creation. Vintage royal icing is my passion xx 😘
