Diamonds and Swirls-themed Diamond (60th ) Wedding Anniversary Cake

Base Cake is dummy, 2nd and top tier are chocolate cake, filled with whipped chocolate ganache, 3rd tier is vanilla cake filled with strawberry jam. Frosted with chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. Diamond Jewels are isomalt.
