After some pretty hair raising issues, I am finally able to share my very 1st wedding cake. I have included a photo of the invatation which the bride wanted the cake to be based on. It is a 12” x 5 1/2 ” rich exotic fruit cake laced with a lot of whiskey and tastes ansome. Middle tier is 9” x 8” vanilla sponge with cream and jam filling and the top tier is 6” by 7” coffee sponge with a coffee cream filling. Hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I did making it. I love the fresh flowers, really think that they finnished it off.
