When we received a request to make a horse-ball cake, our first thoughts were, what’s Horse Ball?
It turns out that its a game played on horse-back that has been derived for the Argentinian Polo game.
Finally, after discussing the cake with Mum, we decided upon a simple cake that represented her daughters passion for this sport, including the helmets and rosettes which indicate the two girls team numbers. At the bottom of the cake a saddle.
